There is a growing need for a broader and more inclusive definition of diversity that will allow scientists and practitioners to communicate clearly across cultural and national boundaries. What are some ways to clearly define the definition of diversity that allows organizational leaders to communicate across boundaries?
When organizational leaders do not clearly exhibit an understanding of diversity, the workforce environment may not fully encompass diversity. What are some of the stereotypes and discriminations which can take place as a result of the foregoing? Explain the impact of such on employees in a global environment and the consequences which could emanate within performance.
