We had an individual that continued to take short cuts to complete his work. At first their manager thought that maybe the employee was not aware of the process. The manager ensured that the employee was trained. This did not work since the employee continued to do the same thing. After coaching and training the employee still was not adhering to the company’s policy. The employee was then put on a performance improvement plan. Still he did not follow the policy.
Class, what should be the next thing to do?
