Class–Getting the full organization to agree with (or buy in to) a new strategy can be one of the most difficult tasks in implementing a new strategy. Without the full support of the organization, even the best strategies can fail. What are some techniques managers can use to get reluctant employees to understand and agree to a new course of action?
