Review your results from the previous three rounds of CAPSIM. By this time, you should have enough data to know how your company is doing based on the performance measures you started measuring at the beginning of the simulation.

Note: This round will introduce the Total Quality Management module within the simulation, so that is something to consider when you are making your decisions. Also note that this week’s written assignment looks at TQM and your decisions and results in this area will need to be considered for the assignment.

Once you have completed Round 4, update the Financial Measures Template from the prior week. Select a different financial measure from prior week/s and write one to two paragraphs describing how that financial measure is created (e.g., ROS=Profit/Sales) and cite your source, its value to the firm, and how your performance compares with the competition and over time.
