The Board of Directors has asked for a progress report regarding all of the teams you have worked with including, but not limited to, the hotel and catering personnel. They also would like for you to report on teams’ performance thus far. Also, since you company has a well-known practice for diversity and high ethical standards, the company would like for you to assure them of your compliance with the organization’s practices.

For this assignment, write a minimum 3 page report and include the following:

All of the teams that you have worked with and the value of working with those teams
How the team members performed collaboratively
Steps that were taken to ensure that team members focused on their tasks and listened to others.
How suggestions were integrated from group members.
How you were able to meet the organization’s criteria for diversity and ethical standards.

Provide the instructor with a Performance Plan (Use may use the template for Performance Plan provided)

2	25	Paper: Summarize the team members encountered, value of the working experience, and how the team members performed collaboratively.

3	25	Paper: Describe steps taken to ensure that team members focused on their tasks and listened to others. Illustrate how suggestions from team members were integrated and discussed among the group members.

4	10	Paper: How you were able to meet the organization’s criteria for diversity and ethical standards?

5	10	At least two (2) in-text citations from course material (course eBook) for the paper.

6	10	Meets page requirement (required APA components e.g. cover page, direct quotes and reference page do not count toward page requirement) and includes APA formatting, correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
