Use legitimate news/business news resources (e.g., Reuters, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Forbes, CNN) or academic journals/papers (e.g. Harvard Business Review, Journal of Human Resources, Labor Economics) as sources. You can also use SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) resources.

After you write your paragraphs, type a presentation outline of your summary of the pros for a 2 slide powerpoint presentation .You don’t have to put it in a powerpoint, just type the info and I will translate it to the powerpoint.
