friedrich nietzsche beyond good amp evil essay topic in description below 1

Must have the book “Beyond Good & Evil” By Friedrich Nietzsche in a specific edition required.

Make sure this is the ONLY version of the book that you use.

The essay topic is a philosophical paper: this will include your own ideas and thoughts but do not expand on your ideas too far. Stay focused on what Nietzsche has to say about the topic you are discussing. The bold writing below will be your essay prompt.

TOPIC: Nietzsche explicitly mentions a “drive to knowledge” in BGE and it seems clear that it constitutes one half of the “magnificent tension of the spirit” mentioned in the preface. But Nietzsche’s language often makes it seem that he denies that we can have any knowledge of the truth (despite having such a drive) and that it does not really matter if our beliefs are false. Using the text, present evidence that could be read as supporting this interpretation and then provide an argument to show why the obvious “surface” reading of the text is misleading, .i.e. show why Nietzsche is in fact not committed to “falsification”.

Neitzsche talks about falsification in part one of the book. It is very important to follow the prompt.
