Read the chapters on “Followers & Process”, “Participative Leadership” and “Substitutes for Leadership”.

explore change in organizations, the importance of followers, and substitutes for leadership. In addition, develop insight into personal leadership styles through multiple self-assessments, and practical application of concepts, models and theories.

Paper requirements:

Title/cover page
Introduction (2 paragraphs maximum)
Content/Critical Thinking Analysis (Identify key concepts, theories and models from weekly assigned chapters in textbook-how can you apply this information to an organization-give examples).
